The space is also suitable for workation stays, researchers, and those working in architecture-related fields.

Studio

A personal workspace is provided inside the room.
The environment is suitable for those who wish to focus individually on creative work, research, or remote work during their stay.

KIKU is a renovated former bank building originally designed by architect Kiyonori Kikutake.
The first floor houses FabCafe Fuji, while the second floor includes guest rooms for SARUYA HOTEL as well as the residency room. The building also features a rooftop space.

Room

Residents are provided with one private room.
The kitchen and the toilet can be used as private facilities.
Please note that there is no shower room in KIKU #203. Residents may use the shared shower facilities at SARUYA HOSTEL.

Details

  • Residency duration: 1 week to 1 month
  • Capacity: Maximum 1 resident per week / month
  • Base fee: from ¥45,000 for one week, and from ¥145,800 for one month.
    Discounts are available for long-term stays of up to three months.
  • Please note that food expenses, transportation costs, and production materials are not included in the residency fee.

If you wish to stay with a partner or children, we recommend considering accommodation at the annex building “SHINSHIN.”
